‘Never be afraid to learn – it is an opportunity for self-improvement’: this philosophy inspired our colleague @Sandipan to take a once-in-a-lifetime chance and ‘get on that plane’.

‘I relocated to Italy two years ago, having gained over a decade of experience in India. The Indian branch’s General Manager, @PP, recognised my abilities and suggested that I should be considered for a strategic position at the head office.

The biggest challenge on this growth journey was the language barrier. Although it initially seemed insurmountable, I successfully overcame it with Motovario’s support and thanks to the welcoming atmosphere created by my colleagues.

I currently work as a Product Specialist dealing with the mechatronics range. My role is both dynamic and stimulating: I assist customers in the selection of products and carry out tests to ensure that automated systems are perfectly integrated.

I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to my family for their constant support throughout this adventure.

My most ambitious dream is to play an active role in the future technological development of the Motovario TECO Group, drawing on all my experience and passion.
