For our subsidiary in MGSPL India, we are looking for a SALES MANAGER 

Responsibility of the role: 

Responsible for sales and marketing activities in the Tamilnadu, Kerala, Pondicherry regions -Enquiry generation, Negotiation, Order booking, collections, and attending service enquiry.
Manage the process of prospecting by identifying them by regularly visiting different factories in the industry, conducting meetings and discussions to understand them and bring them to the marketing platform, and making presentations and seminars and following up with them. 
Handle the process of enquiry by having discussions with the customer to resolve any technical clarifications by understanding the requirements.
Identifying  new markets and dealers, developing existing and new customers and also reviving old customers.
Develop partner business plans through joint planning to target new buyers and new influencers.
To manage pre & post sales process and collaborate with various internal functions like pre-sales, operations and support functions to ensure seamless support for customers and dealers.

Required skills:

8 - 10 Years experience in Industrial Gearbox and Gear Motor Industries preferable. Other Engineering Industry candidates can also apply.

Cadidates with 6 to 7 years experience from Gearbox industry can also be considered for Dy Manager Position.

Educational Qualification to be Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engg.

 

What we offer:

Salary :                                   INR 7-8 Lacs (CTC) / Annum
