Motovario

I’m Jie and I take care of schedules and methods, meaning that I classify production operational procedures and improvement methods.

If I were to describe Motovario in 3 words, here is what comes immediately to mind:

1. Innovation: Motovario made a number of key investments in 2020, such as the new assembly benches. Moreover, the production workflow has been improved: the company has now adopted a new production logic, by following Lean Production it has become more agile!
   
   2) Flexibility: in terms of production there are a number of variables throughout the day and this forces us to be flexible, which we truly are – and the whole company benefits from this.
   
   3) Speed: before projects were long and full of red tape, while now, also thanks to the use of Lean instruments, everything is quicker. Short-term objectives are achieved quickly and this is all very rewarding.
