The Technical Sales Support team at Motovario designed a new customised version of their NMRW Power product size 110.

There was a particular need to improve the performance of the yarn production plant in terms of its reliability, without altering the overall dimensions of the machines.

The request was based on the requirement to adapt the machinery to the new regulations on operator safety in the working environment.

Following a careful study, the worm gear reducers were reinforced using innovative materials, allowing performance to improve by up to 25%.

With a combination of expertise and dedicated research, Motovario helped the factory reach the required safety level, increasing its productivity while minimising investments and completion time. Congratulations to the whole team!
