Motovario

Today we celebrate a significant milestone with Davide Sghedoni, whose dedication has helped Motovario grow over the past twenty years.

Do you remember your first day at Motovario?

“Of course. It was 7 July 2006. Before that I’d done a work placement at the local council while I was at school, but I knew straight away that my goal was to work in production at a large company.”

“I started in the spare parts department and later had the chance to fulfil one of my small dreams: to join the assembly department.”

What still keeps you at Motovario after 20 years?

“The stability of this large company and the bonds of friendship and family that have grown over the years with all my colleagues. These are the things that have made these twenty years such an important journey, both professionally and on a human level.”

Thank you, Davide, for your dedication, professionalism and everything you continue to contribute to Motovario every day.

Congratulations on this significant milestone!
