Today we are celebrating another company milestone: Michele Rizzi’s 30 years of service! A story of professional growth that is directly intertwined with the technical development of our most iconic products.

Two questions to reflect on this journey together:

Michele, do you remember your first day at work at Motovario? “Of course. I started working on the production line as a grinding operator. It was my first job at a large company and my first real experience as a metalworker. I used to be a marine engineer, and before that I worked as a carpenter in the family business.

After just three years of production, there was a crucial shift to the technical department. I remember that moment clearly: the company was designing helical bevel gear reducers (B series), helical gear reducers (H series) and shaft mounted gear reducers (S series).

What keeps you at Motovario after 30 years? “Quite simply, I feel at home. I arrive in the morning, the doors open, and I work every day with what has, over time, become a real family.”
