Since joining Motovario over thirty years ago, Giuseppe has experienced the company’s evolution at first hand, supporting its growth day after day.

Do you remember your first day at Motovario?

“Absolutely. I started at the Ubersetto plant, which is now our logistics hub. About a year later, I was one of the first employees to move to the new production plant in Formigine. Over the years I’ve worked on external grinding and threading machines, through to my current role on the internal grinding machine.”

What still keeps you at Motovario after 30 years?

“The bond comes from a mutual exchange: I’ve given a lot to Motovario, but I’ve received just as much in return. For me, Motovario means family, friendship and professionalism. It was my first job in this industry, and it gave me the chance not only to learn a trade but also to meet remarkable people with whom I’ve built genuine friendships.”

Over three decades, technologies, processes and plants have changed. What has remained constant is the value of the people who help Motovario grow every day.
