Motovario

Colleagues from our Indian branch, who are in charge of quality and production, came to visit the Formigine plant to learn more about our quality control systems in relation to processes and incoming and outgoing goods.

Arup Kalyan Bhunia, Pannalal Manna and Manoranjan Jana took part in all the daily meetings regarding quality, production and logistics, and were able to observe up-close our management of KPIs, and assembly and repair services.

It was a valuable opportunity for our Indian subsidiary, which is preparing to adopt Motovario's models of Lean Manufacturing.

This was one of a series of regular visits by Motovario India, and as Nicola Colarusso commented: "In addition to strengthening relations between the subsidiary and Motovario SpA, it provides an opportunity for exchanges that of value to both parties."
