Motovario

The annual DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) Meeting was held by Motovario, during which a warm welcome was given to new talents who collaborate closely with top management on a daily basis. The new team members met with CEO Franco Pacini, HR Director Andrea Gatti, and HR Business Partner Simona Coci, in order to get to know each other and encourage the exchange of ideas and expertise.

This event is seen by Motovario as a chance to highlight a key concept, namely, that every employee is an essential ‘component’. Cross-fertilisation – defined as the sharing of different experiences, know-how and perspectives – is the secret to our success and the key to driving conscious change. The meeting focused particularly on the importance of open and transparent communication, emphasising the central role of participants in Motovario. Heart of Motion!
