Yet another edition of Mototraining has come to an end, an exciting moment for all those who have recently walked through our doors. This meeting is more than just a simple training course; it is a unique opportunity for integration and development involving all company departments.

The event was organised to offer full immersion into the world of Motovario, allowing newly-hired employees the chance to discover our values, explore the different ranges of products and understand the production process.

The day was filled with inspiring moments, starting with a speech from CEO Franco Pacini, who shared the company’s successes and challenges. A specific focus was on team building, which required creativity, collaboration and an understanding of company culture.

The meeting ended with a friendly contest held in the Training Area, where participants tried their hand at assembling and testing our products and components, and where they also gained a thorough understanding of the activities in the production department as well.
