The Motovario Academy continues to play an essential role in providing regular training and refresher courses to our global sales network. We recently had @Josh and @Shawn from our US branch visit our headquarters in Formigine, where they participated in an intensive training session.
 

Francesco Manieri, TSS Manager, explains: ‘It’s the Academy’s methods that set it apart: it starts with laying a solid theoretical foundation, which is tailored to each individual, followed by practical on-site application. Theory and operational practice go hand in hand, making learning more effective and allowing us to adopt a more customer-centric approach.’
