New Motovario Training sessions for IPSIA Ferrari institute students.

Two of our two senior experts, Francesco Manieri and Marco Sernesi, had the opportunity to share their knowledge with high school students in the fields of mechanics, mechatronics, energy and in the maintenance of Gearboxes.

 

Francesco, Technical Sales Support & Segment Application Manager, presented a complete overview of Motovario gear reducers comprised of:

• worm gear reducers
• helical bevel gear reducers
• shaft mounted gear reducers
• helical gear reducers
• mid heavy duty reducers

 

Francesco also held a practical session seeing the students involved in the Xion of a product, explaining the difficulties that can occur during product configuration.

“Students are like young drivers,” said Manieri. “You simply have to suggest how to they might approach the initial bends and straightaways. These sessions certainly helped to generate a real interest in a concrete enterprise like Motovario.”

 

Marco from the Quality Department, rather, held a session entirely dedicated to the maintenance of gear reducers and the types of damage that can occur.

The students enjoyed their training and the in-depth knowledge of such special teachers!
