27 January 2022

Let’s learn more about Motovario’s Spanish branch.

What you might already know is that it was set up in 2001

and is located in the north east of Spain, in Castellgalí, near Barcelona, in the autonomous region of Catalonia, one of the most important industrial regions in Europe.

What you might NOT know is that in 2014 a company called Pujol was acquired to provide customers with a wider range of products.

The new Motovario SAU, resulting from the fusion of Motovario's renowned skills with those of Pujol, offers customers a comprehensive range of products for light and heavy industries.

With over 30 employees, it effectively meets the various service needs on its own thanks to an assembly centre, pre-sales technical support service and an after-sales service.

Thanks to the work of its Spanish branch, Motovario also confirmed its leadership on the Spanish power transmission sector.

Motovario SAU is part of the Patronal Metalúrgica de la Catalunya Central, where top companies in the metallurgical sector in the area are concentrated.

It is also part of the People Management Group of Central Catalonia, where the HR managers and directors of the most representative companies in the area share best practices, benchmarking and legislative developments, with the aim of attracting and retaining the best talent for the company.

Probably when you think of Spain you associate the words paella, gazpacho and the famous tourist destinations.

Catalonia, on the other hand, is also known for its wine-making tradition, with large stretches of vineyards and CAVA D.O.P., as well as other products such as traditional sausages and creme brulee.

So we have given you 4 different reasons to visit our branch:

  1. It is a MAC (Motovario Assembly Centre)
  2. It is located and is part of the area where the top metallurgical companies are concentrated
  3. Strong focus on the human resources of the region and the presence within the company of people with over 20 years of experience in the sector.
  4. Great cuisine
