In south-eastern France, a leading manufacturer of pneumatic grape presses was looking for a technology partner capable of delivering high performance, operational reliability and rapid, effective technical support. The choice fell on Motovario.

The machine uses an air membrane to gently extract the juice from the grapes and requires a slow, continuous rotary movement of the drum to ensure the grapes are pressed efficiently.
