Working from the ground up to grow together – Nemawashi 2026

12 June 2026

In Japanese, Nemawashi literally means “working around the roots”: the essential consultation phase needed to get the team on the same page before taking any major steps.

With this philosophy in mind, Franco Pacini (President of TECO Europe & CEO) opened the customary Nemawashi meeting, bringing together the Board and the company’s departments. He outlined Motovario’s new position within the TECO Group’s “Green Mechatronics Solutions” division, whose share price has risen by 130% thanks in part to recent strategic acquisitions in rapidly expanding sectors.

Massimo Boninsegna (CFO) then outlined the Group’s financial performance for 2025–2026 and its future prospects.

Giovanni Terranova (Operations Director) focused on safety and the Zero Accidentstarget, qualitative KPIs, on-time delivery, and the investment plan aimed at upgrading the production area and quality control.

Andrea Gatti (HR Director) outlined the organisational and development strategies needed to prepare and support teams in successfully tackling shared challenges.

The meeting concluded with Franco Pacini’s Takeaways to tackle the new challenges together.
