The machining department at the Formigine plant has a new mesh unit for pinions and gears, which was introduced at the beginning of the year.

The collaboration between the industrial engineering and production departments, combined with their high level of expertise, enabled us to bring 100% of the previously outsourced codes in-house and reduce the cycle time for the codes already produced internally by 60%.

Furthermore, there was a significant improvement in quality characteristics across all industrialised codes.
