This strategic project was successful in achieving three key objectives: enhancing safety at the Ubersetto logistics plant, creating an accurate inventory of components, and streamlining the inbound flow between the two plants.

Thanks to these activities, we have been able to establish a highly efficient lean logistics flow.

This new approach has led to a significant decrease in MUDA (waste) caused by unnecessary searches and movements, while ensuring:

• Increased picking speed and efficiency.
• Increased safety for operators.
• Full traceability of materials.
• Continuous process improvement.
