Earth Day 2022 – invest in our planet

Today, 22 April is the 52nd Earth Day.
This year’s edition is a real call to action. New generations are invited to ‘produce’ change: from recycling to using bicycles, from choosing organic or carbon-neutral foods to choosing loose products with no packaging.
At Motovario, every day we introduce small innovations with a positive effect on the environment. For instance, we have long had a campaign on the importance of recycling and each station has been provided with bins to ensure separate waste collection.
Moreover, the lighting system inside the plant has been modernised as well, with the replacement of all our neon tubes with new LED tubes.
The work already completed at the Formigine site in the assembly area will then be extended to the mechanical processing area and subsequently to the Ubersetto logistics hub.
This key investment in the production plant will enable us to save a considerable amount of CO2.
Innovating and paying the utmost attention to the planet we live in is the key a green, sustainable future.
