Spotlights on Formigine Headquarter

On July 8th and 9th, it was held the Motovario OPEN HOUSE, which brought together the entire sales force: subsidiaries, agents, distributors and customers from all over the world. 

The event was strongly desired from Motovario management and kept the promise expressed by the claim "share the changes, drive the future together".  As a matter of fact, these two days have been an important chance to strengthen the collaboration with the partners of the company; an occasion during which all the people have been able to confront and investigate marketing concepts related to products, technological innovation, communication and the market. Most of all, it has been done in order to share plans and strategies that the company intends to implement to face the future with enthusiasm and a clear vision of growth.
 

A team of 180 professionals has taken part actively at the two days in Formigine, participating at workshops of product - during which were presented the latest news related to NMRV Power, Smartdrive and H - B - S range - and strategic workshops, studying issues related to corporate identity, sales tools, brand value and multi-brand company strategies: Motovario, Spaggiari and DR drives.
 

During the interesting visit at the production department, Motovario engineers showed to the guests the entire production process, providing detailed information related to the timing, quality and technology research that make possible the continuing evolution of Motovario products and service.
 

The first stop of the plant visit was the Motovario Museum: a real historical memory and a company heritage, where it is possible to see the first tool machines and the first gear reducers produced by Motovario since the early ‘60s.


The days ended with a enjoyable recreational program and a pleasant gala dinner in a wonderful location on the hills of Modena (OPERA02, Levizzano).

At the closing of the Open House, Mr. Claudio Peleson - Sales & Marketing Director of the group, wanted to express, on behalf of the company, the most sincere thanks to all the guests, for the participation and valuable input provided during the product and strategic workshops and to all those who made possible and successful the organization of the event.

Perfect conclusion to an event, created in order to consolidate the team spirit and the feeling of belongings and sharing that has always characterized the vision of Motovario.
