Motovario

Marco Gianaroli, Subsidiaries Supply Chain Supervisor, recently visited our branch @MotovarioIndia. 
This "mission" had a dual purpose. The primary focus was on next year's strategic planning. This period of discussion was vital to ensure maximum alignment between the needs of the market and the Group's production capacity, and also saw the direct involvement of the local sales force. 
Secondly, the visit provided an opportunity to conduct a thorough inspection of the assembly centre (MAC) of our Indian branch. This check is to ensure that the assembly processes and stock management maintain Motovario's high quality standards. 
These initiatives reinforce our commitment to maintain efficient management of global logistics, and to support the sustainable and strategic growth of all our branches around the world.
