Mid-Year Meeting 2025: ‘One World, One Team’ for a future in motion
23 June 2025The Mid-Year Meeting was held in Formigine in June as part of our regular Business Planning Cycle. The entire event was based on the Nemawashi process and aimed to promote the ‘cross-fertilisation’ of ideas and best practices in order to enhance our global performance and build on the solid foundations of our business.
Under the guidance of CEO Franco Pacini, we reviewed our performance in the first semester and outlined common objectives to overcome the challenges posed by an ever-changing market. The meeting also covered the latest additions to Motovario's product range, the progress of the Lean Deployment plan in our factories and how we can maintain our commitment to continuous improvement through strategic projects.
The discussion that followed was fruitful, thanks to the insightful contributions of the top managers of our international branches. According to Motovario’s ‘One World, One Team’ vision, such synergy is vital to ensure that the company remains at the forefront, with a focus on continuous growth and on customers.
