We recently paid a visit to one of our customers, a company that specialises in producing composite panels for the automotive industry. A 30-metre-long production line transforms raw materials into lightweight, rigid panels, which are then used for components such as vehicle interiors and parcel shelves.
Our technology plays a crucial role in the process, enabling a production rate of 1,000 kg per hour. There are more than 50 Motovario gear reducers installed on each production line. These include shaft mounted, helical bevel, planetary and worm gear reducers, which drive the stations that transform extruded material into plywood panels with specific aesthetic and mechanical properties. Our gear reducers precisely drive the rollers that form and move the sheets, ensuring they are the correct thickness and cool properly at the haul-off and alignment stations. Our products provide the reliability and precision required to achieve a high-quality final result.
