“CUSTOMER FOCUS” VALUE WINNER

It’s time to find out which winner best represented the Customer Focus value.

 

Our jury has announced the winner, though it was very tough to reach the final verdict as those who came in second and third place were very close to the first.

 

 

The jury examined the activities carried out for external and internal customers. It rewarded an initiative put in place for an external customer, recognising that nothing is impossible when it comes to achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and that Motovario is right by its customers’ side, every day.

 

 

We are pleased to announce that the WINNER is MONORANJAN JANA (Motovario India) for offering the customer a fast, customised and efficient service despite the adverse circumstances of the country and for proving that Motovario can be present anywhere in the world.

Here is a brief description to get to know them better.

 

 

WINNER

 

Monoranjan Jana (India), 38, joined the assembly department of Motovario Gear Solutions Pvt Ltd. India in July 2012 and helped develop the MAC in the new plant. He had over 8 years' experience in the field of gear reducers. He has been a key member of the MAC in India right from the start and is in charge of the daily planning of all assembly lines.

 

Jana has extensive expertise in the assembly of new and special gear reducers, which are prepared in the assembly area to serve customers.

 

As well as working in the MAC, he loves travelling to learn more about nature.

 

 

2nd PLACE

 

Angelo Brogno (Germany), 33, has been working for Motovario Germany since February 2008, exactly 14 years. He is in charge of logistics and is part of the customer service team, where customer satisfaction is a top priority and standards are always high.

 

 

3rd PLACE 

 

Davide Serri and Sofia Paolucci (Italy) are the “Kaizen team” and are in charge of the Continuous Improvement of the Formigine and Ubersetto plants.

 

Davide Serri, 40, has been working at Motovario for 19 years. He started out at Motovario as a machine tools operator in the turning sector. Over the past two years, he has held the role of specialist in organising work and head of the Kaizen area, where he takes care of all the ‘lean’ solutions required to improve the ergonomics and safety of the workstations in the two plants.

 

Sofia Paolucci, 26, has been working at Motovario for 1 year as a Lean Production specialist. Sofia helps promote the methods that support lean production within the company by involving all operational staff in the activities.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4th PLACE

 

 

Motovario’s SAU team (Spain) has prepared a fun activity, where you need to draw a spiderweb to find out who are the internal customers of each department.

The result? They all need each other and they are all necessary to ensure the company works well.
