The time has come to reveal the name of the winner awarded for best representing the value of Ambition. On 7th November, after examining over 30 applications, our jury Xed the 3 finalists. The jury assessed initiatives carried out both within and outside Motovario and the choice fell on a personal in-house initiative, which has helped us all improve as a company.

1st finalist. Nicola Jacquemod (Italy), Supplier Development Specialist for the “Punta Kurz Mountain” photo

2nd finalist. Frank Wassermann (Germany), Area Sales Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, for the video “Fighting for Motovario to win the business”

Winner. Felix Montoro (Spain), Assembly operator, for the “Improving the workplace” initiative.

We are delighted to announce that the winner is FELIX MONTORO, for his personal workplace improvement initiative that produced excellent results.

Here is a short presentation to get to know them better.

“Félix Montoro joined Motovario SAU (Spain) one year ago. Felix Montoro's journey is a path towards Ambition in the true sense of the word. He was hired through a recruitment programme for workers over 30 after leaving the company where he worked before. With his experience in the automotive sector, on his own initiative he made personal improvements to the workplace, optimising it in every respect. Felix works in the warehouse of the Spanish branch, where special assemblies are carried out. This is an example of ambition, commitment and desire for corporate optimisation, as well as personal growth and improvement. Thank you for the Ambition shown. We proclaim you the winner for the value of AMBITION, congratulations. WELL DONE!

Nicola Jaquemod has been working at Motovario Italia since September 2020. He is part of the Purchasing department as a Supplier Development Specialist and is responsible for Xing and obtaining the best from current and new suppliers. Up to the age of 14 he lived in Aosta and loves everything that has to do with nature. This is how he interprets Ambition: “I believe that every Ambition cannot take on a concrete form without constant work, day after day, which the footprints in the snow in the photo represent well. Step by step one proceeds towards the peak, the goal...”

Frank Wasserman started working for Teco in 2013 and for Motovario Germany in 2018. During his career at Teco he was responsible for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Eastern Europe. Now in Motovario he is the Area Sales Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He likes football, going to the gym and boxing. Here's what he told us: "Boxing has become symbolic for me, because our customers just have to accept the new terms and conditions and conclude the negotiation with a final embrace. I'm kidding of course, in any case for me practicing sports is a good school of life for work”

We would like to thank all those who participated with their initiatives.
