‘My professional journey at Motovario began when it was a medium-sized, family-run business – very different from what it is today. Shortly after completing my studies, I embarked on my career in the engineering industry with this experience.

Thanks to Motovario’s unwavering commitment to quality, I was able to specialise in precision machining. I started out as a grinding operator and subsequently progressed to management roles in both the grinding and mesh departments.

I have been with Motovario for over 40 now – it’s like a second home to me. I joined the company when I was young, and my career has developed in line with its growth. I have seen many changes take place, but I have always remained resilient and dedicated when faced with new challenges. I am always challenging myself and striving to develop professionally.

Motovario is a major international player that exports its products worldwide. It continuously prioritises customer requirements and is committed to ongoing innovation, ensuring that the most appropriate solution is delivered every time. Although it is a global company, it is firmly rooted in its local community. In fact, it has played a significant role in the growth of Formigine’s industrial district and the entire Modena province.’
