06 October 2025‘Mototraining is an opportunity for sharing’ — said Simona Coci, Human Capital Business Partner, in welcoming the new 2025 recruits.
The day was full of valuable insights thanks to:
- speeches by our colleagues Simona Coci (Human Capital Business Partner), Francesco Manieri (TSS Manager), Giovanni Terranova (Operations Director) and Luca Lo Sinno (Production Manager);
- team-building activities;
- a guided tour, led by supervisors Romani Leonelli, Luca Vanelli, Pasquale Costantini and Marco Vezzali, of the various areas of the plant.
The participants then gathered in the Training Area to take part in a competition designed to test their newly acquired knowledge.
‘The success of this event is not just about the training; as is the case every year, it is also about building new relationships and strengthening corporate culture,’ explains our CEO, Franco Pacini.
