‘Do you remember your first day?’ Yes, I distinctly remember my first day. My background was in clothing, so it was a time of great change for me because I was moving into a completely different sector. Thanks to the invaluable support I received from my manager, I learnt quickly, and it wasn’t long before I was assembling variators. Over the last 30 years, I have put a lot of effort into developing my professional skills. I have taken on various roles, which have made me a real asset to department managers. I am immensely proud of this achievement, as well as of my journey within the company.

‘What is it about Motovario that makes you feel connected to it?’ I have always had a strong and deep connection to Motovario, because I have always felt like I was part of this family. Our relationship is based on mutual loyalty: I have contributed significantly to the company, and in return, I have received many opportunities for professional growth and support. I still feel perfectly at ease there, as though they value me. I have found my path and a sense of fulfilment.
