Motovario

This time success comes from Catalonia, with the machinery ultimately bound for Mexico as part of a major project in the metallurgical sector involving lines for the production of metal wire.

The challenge was twofold: to ensure high performance within extremely limited installation space, and to maximise the efficiency of the entire plant. The winning solution was the perfect synergy between the HPL planetary gearboxes and the innovative Self Power synchronous motor technology. This integrated solution not only meets the heavy-duty load requirements typical of metalworking, it also actively optimises energy consumption, taking the application to a new level of sustainability and efficiency.

Targeted technical support and the excellent balance between performance and energy savings made the difference in securing this project.
