25 April, a few words on freedom
25 April 2023“Freedom is like air... you understand its value when you no longer have it”.
This quote by Piero Calamandrei, a well-known lawyer who fought against fascism, took part in the Resistance and helped draft the Italian Constitution, should make us think.
Freedom is one of the most precious gifts every human being has.
Without freedom of choice there is no creativity.
Without creativity there is no life, no ingenuity, no innovation and drive towards the future.
Freedom, intended as the human condition of thinking, expressing oneself and acting without constraints, is closely linked to the future of a company, as well as to its people.
