OUR FUTURE IS IN MOTION was the idea behind the recent Motovario open day.

Talk about the future should also involve a clear vision of growth; Motovario knows that in today's fast-moving world it is crucial for a company to always be... "in motion".

The whole Motovario team is constantly working to improve and expand our range of products and services and respond in the best possible way to market demands.

 

The event took place at the Palazzo dei Congressi in Riccione, and opened with the screening of a new company video entitled THE ROTATION DANCE, followed by an address by our CEO Franco Pacini.

Gian Paolo Goldoni, Regional Sales Director, then spoke about general trends in the market, and all the new areas of application which put Motovario right at the forefront, thanks to new products ranges and solutions.

 

Giovanni Terranova, Operations Director, described the investments and improvements made in terms of operations.

 

Thanks to the high-tech VR system set up within the company by Marketing and Communication Manager Roberta Debbia, customers in attendance were able to see all the changes made in terms of Lean manufacturing, just as if they were actually inside the Formigine factory.

 

After this, Maurizio Tagliazucchi - Business Development Director, Flavio Baccini - Business Development Manager, Erica Bergonzini, Marco Pacini and Davide Pagliaro - Product Specialist, talked about all the latest innovations in products and ranges, in relation to

• the new range of planetary geared motors
• Clean Duty the Motovario solution made from for aggressive environments and high hygiene requirements
• the new Self Power Self-starting synchronous motor with IE4 efficiency
• the new TECO range of permanent magnet motors with efficiency up to IE5
• the complete range of Teco Inverters

 

The meeting ended with a special contribution by Paolo Simoncelli, Riccardo Rossi and Lorenzo Fellon, with whom Motovario is closely linked thanks to our sponsorship of the SIC58 motorcycle racing team.

Together with Andrea Gatti - Human Capital Director, Paolo and the young drivers, these talented young Motovario employees were called to the stage to receive awards:
